My poor foot has not gotten better in three weeks so I went to the podiatrist. First time going to that particular specialist. It was nice, for a doctor visit. Comfy chair with a big foot rest. He examined my foot and sent me for x-rays. He even put my socks and shoes back on for me. Nice! I was able to get right in for an x-ray. They took three pictures. I haven’t heard back yet. He thought it might be a stress fracture. Yikes! It sure is sore after all his prodding though.

Tomorrow I’m heading into Boston for a concert. That could be interesting on a wonky foot.

Proverbs 25:19 (NLT) Putting confidence in an unreliable person in times of trouble is like chewing with a broken tooth or walking on a lame foot.

Now I know how that feels. Not good!
